Privacy
Short and plain.
Last updated May 26, 2026. This is the whole policy. No walls of legalese, because there's nothing complicated to hide.
What we collect
Only what you give us. If you fill out the founding-partner form, we get your name, practice name, email, an optional phone number, an optional note, and the basics any web server logs (your IP address, browser, and the page you came from).
We also run Google Analytics in cookieless mode so we can see how many people visit the site and which pages they read. It does not set cookies on your device, does not track you across other websites, and does not feed into Google's advertising network. Your IP address is anonymized before it reaches Google. We don't use any other tracking scripts or advertising pixels.
What we do with it
We email you back personally. That's it. We don't add you to a drip campaign. We don't share your information with anyone. We don't sell anything to anyone.
Who has access
Josh Fritz (the founder, and the only person who reads the inbox). The data is stored on our own server in encrypted form and backed up daily. Our email is sent via Resend, a transactional-email provider. They process the outgoing notification and don't use your data for anything else. Aggregate, anonymized traffic data flows to Google Analytics under their data-processing terms; no personally identifying information is sent.
How to remove your data
Email hello@practiceflux.ai with the subject line "delete my data" and we'll wipe everything we have on you within 7 days. You don't need to give a reason.
If you become a client
Customer terms (what we store about your practice, how we handle site content, billing through Stripe, etc.) are covered in the service agreement you sign at sign-up, not in this policy. Ask for a copy any time.
Changes
If we ever change this policy in a way that matters, we'll email every active client and founding-partner lead before the change takes effect.
