The Review Wave website alternative · built only for chiropractors

Keep the scheduler you like.
Replace the website it came with.

Review Wave, now called Aloha, makes practice software a lot of chiropractors genuinely like: scheduling, reviews, texting, intake. The website product is a different story: a template bolted onto a software platform. This is the alternative: a genuinely custom chiropractic website that embeds the Review Wave tools you already pay for, with published pricing and a migration built to carry your Google rankings across rather than start them over.

If your website came with your software

A website product is not a website craft.

Aloha's business is practice software, and by most accounts it's good at it. Websites are the add-on: one more line in a long product list, next to texting and recalls and the AI receptionist. That shows in the output. The sites are templates, built to exist rather than to compete, and the things that decide whether a website actually wins patients (unique copy, real local SEO structure, loading speed, honest conversion tracking) are nobody's specialty.

Here's the test that costs nothing: run your site through Google's own speed tool at pagespeed.web.dev, then check whether your sitemap (yoursite.com/sitemap.xml) actually lists the pages your site has today. On the Review Wave-built site we audited in July 2026, the mobile speed score was 59 with a 15.8 second wait for the main content, and the sitemap was years out of date, listing pages from a platform the practice had left long ago. Google was being handed a map to a site that no longer existed.

A real account, from the practice's own Google data

What a careless migration did to one practice.

WellnessOne Knee & Spine Center in Lincoln, Nebraska came to us in July 2026 on a Review Wave-built website. Its Google Search Console told a story the practice had felt but never seen quantified. Through February and March the site drew roughly 530 search impressions a day. In early April, the site had been migrated onto the Review Wave website product, and every page address changed with nothing redirecting the old ones. Impressions fell by roughly half within weeks and never got back to their peak. Money searches took the hit directly: "chiropractor lincoln ne" slid from position 12 to 26.

Read that again if you're weighing a website switch of any kind: half the practice's search visibility, gone, not because the new site was ugly, but because nobody redirected the old addresses. Google had years of trust built up in pages that suddenly answered with nothing.

Our rebuild treated that as the first problem to solve. Every page kept its address exactly. The high-value old addresses that were already dead got server-level redirects to their new homes, 39 of them, verified one by one. And because the practice actually likes Review Wave's software, the scheduler, the intake forms, and the chat widget all came along, embedded in the new custom site. The main content that took 15.8 seconds to appear now shows up in about 2. Within weeks of launch, a single new article was drawing over 16,000 impressions at position 3 in national search results.

That's the whole philosophy in one project: keep the software that serves the practice, replace the website that was holding it back, and never, ever break the addresses Google already trusts.

Comparison as of August 2026. Review Wave rebranded to Aloha (reviewwave.com redirects to getaloha.com); its site advertises a Website + SEO product alongside its platform and does not publish separate website pricing. Speed and sitemap findings describe the specific practice website we audited in July 2026, not every site on the platform. Offerings change; confirm current terms with the vendor. Review Wave and Aloha are trademarks of their respective owners; PracticeFlux is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

Before you bundle

Five questions to ask about a bundled website.

You don't have to take our word for any of this. The answers to these tell you what the website side of a software bundle is really worth.

  • Is my site's design one of a kind, or a template other practices are also on?
  • If my pages change addresses in a migration, who is responsible for redirecting every old one?
  • What does my website cost by itself, in writing, separate from the software bundle?
  • What's my site's mobile score on Google's own speed test, right now?
  • If I keep your software but move my website, what breaks?

Switching questions

The honest answers about moving over.

Is Review Wave the same company as Aloha?
Yes. Review Wave rebranded to Aloha; as of August 2026, reviewwave.com redirects to getaloha.com. The platform sells scheduling, reviews, texting, intake forms, and related practice software, with a Website + SEO product alongside. This page is about the website product, not the rest of the platform.
Can I keep Review Wave scheduling if I switch my website?
Yes, and we recommend it if your team likes it. Your Review Wave subscription is yours; the scheduler, intake forms, and chat widget embed into your new site the same way they embed into theirs. We run a live client site today with the Review Wave scheduler, intake embed, and sitewide chat all working on a fully custom PracticeFlux build.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I move my website?
Not if the migration is done properly, and this is where we're most careful, because we've quantified the damage a careless one does: the practice above lost roughly half its search impressions to a platform switch that changed every address without redirects. Our migrations preserve your page addresses wherever possible and 301-redirect everything else, so the ranking signals you've earned carry across. Here's exactly how that works.
How much does PracticeFlux cost?
$200/month, plus a one-time $595 design and onboarding fee, published right here: no quiz, no discovery call. If you keep Review Wave for scheduling, that subscription stays whatever you pay today; we replace only the website. Full pricing breakdown.
